Because we believe that Black Friday can be different and more sustainable, we donate 5% of the amount of your purchase to charity. Which charity that is, is entirely up to you. We have three wonderful charities selected. During the online purchase process you can indicate which charity you would like to support. When making a purchase in store, you can tell one of our employees which charity you would like to support.
WeForest: Make the earth cooler! International nonprofit organization WeForest is committed to sustainable reforestation in degraded areas created by agriculture, mining and coal production. In addition to planting trees, WeForest provides farmers living in these areas with instructions and tools to sustainably provide income. Unicef - Help children in Pakistan: Three million children are at risk due to heavy monsoon rains in Pakistan. The most vulnerable parts of the country are completely under water. 18,000 schools have been destroyed, countless water systems damaged and the risk of disease outbreaks is higher than ever. You can help ensure that affected children in Pakistan receive life-saving aid. The Stem Without a Face Foundation contributes from love and a sense of community to fighting poverty, unequal opportunities and social exclusion among children and families. Your help contributes to a bright future for children. Voice Without a Face serves meals, arranges outings, helps with talent development and allows children to participate in culture. Sustainability is of great importance to us. That is why Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is becoming an increasingly important part of Brunott's company policy. Not only do we bear responsibility for problems such as climate change and environmental pollution, from now on we are actually committed to a strong CSR policy. By donating 5% of our turnover during the busiest period of the year to charities, we are making a good start. In addition, we apply a different return policy for purchases made during Black Friday Week.
If you decide to return all or part of your order placed online, you have 30 days to do so. You can return items that are not to your liking in their original condition via PostNL. To prevent return abuse during Black Friday Week, we charge a €15 return fee for purchases made from November 21 to 25. We will donate this amount directly to WeForest; an international non-profit organization that plants trees to offset CO2 emissions and make the world a greener place. Delivering your return to one of the Brunott stores is of course also possible.
