We highlight the importance of sustainability in the jewelry industry, not only through a focus on repairs and longevity, but also through new measures for return and shipping costs.

New Return and Shipping Costs:

To reduce our environmental impact and encourage conscious purchasing, we are introducing €2.95 return fees and €4.95 shipping costs. In addition, we charge €2.95 for pickup at a service point. These measures are designed to reduce the number of returns and thus reduce our carbon footprint.
